La Réunion
Introduction
La Reunion is a French island in the southwestern Indian Ocean, around 700 kilometers east of Madagascar and 170 kilometers southwest of Mauritius.
The island is located on the cyclone route and features a steep topography with marked erosion. At 3,071 meters above sea level, it boasts one of the world's most active volcanoes, making it a paradise for nature and mountain lovers, hikers and rock climbers. But it is above all a tropical island, and scuba diving, although less interesting than in other parts of the Indian Ocean, remains an attractive activity. Most of the diving centers are located between Saint-Gilles and Saint-Leu, but there are plenty of sites to dive.

description :
An intriguing site for experiencing the thrills of cave diving. You enter a cave beneath the plateau, which descends to a depth of 25 meters and emerges on the other side a few hundred meters further on. Inside the cave, you can spot lobsters and shrimps, while the drop-off is adorned with an abundance of fire corals. This dive can be potentially hazardous during heavy swells.
